About the sanctuary;- The Hingolgadh nature Education sanctuary is a small but significant wildlife sanctuary located near Rajkot city. It is surrounded by arid land on all sides, making it a preferred habitat for a variety of animals, including chinkara, blue bull, and many resident and migratory bird species. This santuary was declared a reserved forest area in 1980, covering an area of 654 square kilometers.
